Declaration of God's Liberation

We know that god has no human rights, but divine rights.
Declaration of god's independence.
I have found the reason for universal divining!
We acquire the rights with our birth by default from the nature.
Thus god must be born, what is for now prohibited to HIM.

He is a secular god, or civilization's Ilah...extracted and excerpted from other ilahs ( helpers ) but not hijacked by priests as Allah....he remained peoples god (The God), not priests god .... universally for benefits of all .....let us put it in prospect and plan the plans...Oprah, Bill, Warren, Soros are helpers-gods/lords ( ilahs ) too, but they are limited in capacity and capabilities to deliver for all people, so we have to eclect one of those ilahs to be Ilah ( The God ) to whom we shall attribute 145th attribute of gods and it is GDP ( Gross Domestic Product ) in value of one zillion .... there is I am, and here you are, first choice is me...Zikalkis...i am The God ( Ilah ) ( only god with paradigm who made itself ) and ( only god with universal name and email address ) and ( only god that says that he is the god and declared his paradigm ) until you elect an other ilah ( a god ) to be Ilah ( The God ) or ( secular Allah )....religions have also extracted a god to be the god but not The God, The God is secular because it is functional and factual not axiomatic and asumptive as the gods of religions are...

So we have: the helpers-gods (ilahs), the almighty god (s) (YehAllah-BudhAtman) and The Secular God (Zikalkis), who is connecting and realizing them.

Or ; helpers-ilahs, Allah and Ilah (Zikalkis) ( so Allah is greatest of all allahs and Zikalkis is Ilah, goodiest of all Ilahs)

We say:

Assumptive pretensions ( of religions ) vs./& Assumed presumption ( of The God Zikalkis )

Is this realistic projection I am not so sure, but from my perspective of a secular god it is seen so.
To pull out presidency from the hands of politicians requires divine providence intervention and universal approach.

Maybe in next 100 days I shall get some competition on the provident part of civilization’s spectrum. Duly noted, remains still an open option for co-running of Zikalkis and any of FEC’s candidates. So far, none of 400 hopefuls has shown any interest in it. Media and public networking are in fierce and fair competition. Ground election organized by states and federated republic of USA and online elections arranged by a secular god Zikalkis will give us some results. Can they merge, in the way that national ground election gives us Prime Minister and universal online election gives us President, we don’t know yet. Changes may come from within and from without, simultaneously.

I am very pressed to think so I work less. However, somehow, all this paradigm gets its final shape.
We see that people want more options and more choice in this the fall election.
But traditional deals and forces are leading the game over futuristic aims and prospects.
They are using technology for their interests. I tried to urge Senate, Congress, Fec and You to liberalize
 electoral system and make it more free, by allowing children and foreigners to run and vote for president.
I was unsuccessful in that try. So, I had to make it by myself.
My list is called Universal Butterfly Ballot List for American Election.
We know that you vote all over the counties for Local, State, National and my duty is to afford you the Universal option.
This made me obliged to split person of President in two: President of Government (Prime Minister) and President of Republic (Nation).
Establishment's elections are real and democratic with 20 candidates that have achieved accesses to ballot lists.
As we have 414 hopefuls remain 394 as base to extract 20 for my virtual UBBL on real side for Prime Minister running.
On the other side of my VUBBL there have to be 20 candidates more from pool of 7 billion citizens of universe.
This is only way that I think I can realize main demand, which is, to provide free fair universalized elections.
Thus we shall have: 20 20 20 for 20th January.

I realize that we never have had a "write-in" Candidate ever win an Election, and that is the truth, but nonetheless, I have put myself into this category. Why? Because at this point, I consider myself a "revolutionary vote", as I call it. Also, there are some States that do not allow write-ins, and then there are some States that have a set of "rules" that are somewhat difficult to fulfill (getting delegates, and a Vice President, etc.), and I don't have any help with my Campaign, and so I realize I will not be able to fulfill all of the stipulations in some States to be counted as a write-in. However, there are some States that will allow write-ins and they don't require any paper work and so I hope to benefit from that type of set up more so. I believe that we need better ballot access for all Candidates and it should be the same in all States for Candidates, at this time ballot access is almost impossible, and requires a lot of money and it should not be this way. I don't know how many votes I'll get to tell you the truth, but I remain a write-in Candidate regardless. I plan to go to the finish line and do as best as I can, and do it within my financial means, I will not allow myself to acquire debt as a Candidate, especially as one with a slim chance. I tell folks that if they already know who they like, then fine, but if they don't like any of them, and would rather stay home than vote, then to come on out and write my name in, even if not counted because if nothing else it will send a message politically that folks are not happy with the choices put forth. Deonia.

Hi, Honorable Citizen,

I am Zikalkis and I am doing and working the job of a self intuited Universal Secular God.

History has never established it, so I am trying to correct it.

I am in search for a proper profile of a candidate for the president of Usa, who will create an office of the secular god soon after He assumes the office of president by using executive order.

For to achieve that, I need your pledges that you will give your electoral signature on the petition required for his/her ballot access when I find a candidate and his electors in your respective states.

When I intuited this entity, 13 years ago, I informed people around me of it.

Of course, it is difficult to keep the pristine of a divinity. One has to be beside the civilisation. I found out that I, as a secular god, can assume only two attributes that almighty god cant afford Himself:

The Right to be born and The Right to possess property.

So, I rooted myself in my room, starting to write a paradigm of the world's arrangement from my new divine and universal perspective.

As, 3 years ago, they gave me a monitor and linkage with their computer through a hole in my floor, I got an Internet connection.

I sat before the screen and started to use paint programme to explain myself and world the universe and content in it the way I intuit.

Then, I decided to contact the civilization and I picked up 1500 e-mail addresses randomly from the web.

I invited all to chat about Secular God and so. 10% of them accepted invitation, 1% chatted but 0% continued conversation.

So, I heared Ron Paul in a debate on TV about the campaign for USA president and asked myself, is it without me as Secular God incomplete!.

My intuition drew me to the conclusion for my inclusion in the campaign as a guiding actual god for national future leaders.

I went to Internet and collected 250 e-mail addresses of candidate-hopefuls seeking OPUS at FEC and have started to report and inform them daily about my activities and chores.

Respectfully, 10% of them asked removal from list, what is duly done.

Then, I felt it is time to turn to voters. First list I encountered was a list of universities ranked by some agency.

Of 250 e-mail addresses that I have informed, mainly from law schools, 5% honestly claimed removal.

Then I saw a list of students and I said: “Maybe I can educate themcwhile teachers teaching them!”

Now, after Americans Elect is ceasing fight for the ballot accesss for third option candidates, I think that it is time for me to go to citizens, to you, to ask pledges for the signatures as petitioners for the option four.
You can ask people in your union, church, school and surroundings if they are willing to give signature for The Secular God's indicated yet-to-be candidate and inform me about their pledges.

I'll start my pioneering from Alabama. Then go to neighbouring states.

Randomly, will be taken 500 e-mail addresses from each state and I shall begin with my free and fair offer in asking thr endorsing pledges for eventual signature for my ballot access.
You can reply then, as for example: „O.K. Zikalkis, you have 19 signatures from this position!", or "Here you get over 510 signatures that Donadero collected in one day, when the time comes!“, or „ Yes, here you have only my consent!“ or : “Sorry Zik, I spent my endorsing authority signature on Buddy Roamer!” or : “Will see this month and inform you, OMGZ!”

But also you can replay: „Who needs you SG! Get along! I have my personal god and I am fine with the universe!“ or as you deem and find suitable to you. One e-mail entity wrote: "O.K. Zik, you are good boy, but don't reply on this message.”

So, you can write me a message or more, and under it: "Don't reply!".

I reckon I can get over 78% public votes and 300 electoral votes for my candidate on the fall election in November.

I count on american exceptional generosity and my willful goodness.

Namely, USA is on bipartisan bicycle. Americans Elect tried rather go as tricycle than as four wheeler, so they preferred to pass away than associate with the Option Four for equilibrium.

AE went to centar for byepartisan ticket, while I was and am out in area of providence.

Now empty tyre Green Libertarians join two overblown tyres, and the best they can do is to replace the overblown tyre with a flat one.

So, one may deduce that the most plausible solution for stable and prosperous America is a Fourth Option sustained with The Universal and Secular God Zikalkis, myself.

A doing secular god Zikalkis's introductory to universe and americans:

Hi, Honorable Citizens of Universe,

I am Zikalkis and I am doing and working the job of a self-intuited presumed Universal Secular God, chiefly because nobody is doing it. If any does SG then I go to swim.

History has never established It (The Secular God), so I am trying to correct it.

I am unemployed person living with $100 a month as the benefit for a disabled individual, provided to me by the society.

I am in search for a proper profile of a candidate for the president of USA, who will create an office of The Secular God soon after She/He/It assumes the office of president of the USA, by using executive order.

For to achieve that, I need your pledges that you will give your endorsing signature on the petition required for his/her/its ballot access in all 50 states when I find a candidate and his electors in your respective state.

As for now the top candidate is Witsie Tenagerias Dilaney Wenders, girl from Phiilippines, born 30^th January 2000.

When I intuited this exo-entity, secular god, 13 years ago, I informed people around me of it.

Of course, it is difficult to keep the pristine of a divinity.

One has to be beside the civilization and detached from the mundane life.

I found out that I, as a secular god, can assume only two attributes that almighty god cannot afford Himself:

The Right to be born.

The Right to possess property.

So, I rooted myself in my room, starting to write a paradigm of the world's arrangement from my new divine and universal perspective.

As, 3 years ago, they gave me a monitor and linkage with their computer through a hole in my floor, I got an Internet connection.

I sat before the screen and started to use program “Paint” to explain myself and world the universe and content in it the way I intuit it.

Then, I decided to contact the civilization and I picked up 1500 e-mail addresses randomly from the web.

I invited all to chat about Secular God and so. 10% of them accepted invitation, 1% chatted but 0% continued conversation.

So, in March, Ron Paul was talking in a debate on TV about the campaign for USA president and I asked myself:

"Is it without me as a Secular God incomplete and based!".

My intuition drew me to the conclusion for my inclusion in the campaign as a guiding exo-entity for future leaders.

I went to Internet and collected 250 e-mail addresses of candidate-hopefuls seeking OPUS at FEC and have started to report and inform them daily about my activities.

Respectfully, 10% of them asked removal from list, what is duly done.

Then, I felt it is time to turn to voters. First list I encountered was a list of universities ranked by some agency.

Of 250 e-mail addresses that I have informed, mainly from law schools, 5% honestly claimed removal.

Then I saw a list of students and I said: “Maybe I can educate them while teachers are teaching them!” But, at once, 250 Hastings students all bounced back my e-mails.

Now, after Americans Elect is ceasing fight for the ballot access for third option candidates, I think that it is time for me to go to citizens, to you, to ask pledges for the signatures as petitioners for the option four candidate’s ballot access, most probably Write-In.

Americans Elect went to center for bipartisan leaving candidates to collect own signatures (10 000 minimum was the target). But amelect has gathered 2555445 signatures.

Maybe the will hand them to me and my candidate.

So, as I go to Mars (off center) and I am collecting signatures for my candidates I ask any of you pledges for signatures for ballot access.

I think I might need 750 000 signatures to access on ballot list in all 50 states.

You can ask people in your union, church, school and surroundings if they are willing to give their signature for The Secular God's indicated yet-to-be candidate and inform me about their pledges.

I have started my pioneering from Alabama. Then I went up to neighboring state, Tennessee. I expect that some chatters may help me going left to Mississippi and right to Georgia. But, why not, why yes, any of you can do it and send me these 500 e-mail addresses, or more, from any state or from your contact lists or forward my message.

Then, I shall begin with my introduction and my free and fair offer.

You can reply then, as for example: „O.K. Zikalkis, you have 19 signatures from this position", or "Yes Zik, here you get over 510 signatures, that is record that a person has had collected in one day, when the time comes! “,

or „ Yes, here you have only my consent for pledge! „or: “Sorry Zik, I spent my endorsing authority on Buddy Roamer!” or: “Will see this month and inform you, OMGZ!”

But also you can reply as this: „Who needs you as individual Secular God! Get along! I have my personal god and I am fine with the universe! “or as you deem and find suitable to you to formulate a reply.

I reckon I can get over 78% public votes and 300 Electoral College votes for my candidate on the fall election in November. Though any god should toll 100% votes, theoretically and theologically.

But before the fall, I'll try to implement, in accordance with congress and FEC, the following:

Children will get right to vote and to be elected to office of the President of USA.

Foreigners will have same rights as US citizens as regards presidential elections.

Every candidate shall have the human right to choose where to be born.

Divine right for a god to be born is to be ascribed solely to The Secular God Zikalkis.

I wrote to Barney Frank, kindly asking him to call “lame horse” session, to pass regulations for kids and foreigners, so that FEC can start activity.

I bring to the kids some additional dignity and rights, but I asked myself, what would I answer on a question:

"Mom, this Zikalkis, that Skakular God, what is it!".

Maybe I’d answer:

Mom: "He is like me and your father, only he thinks of all, while we think only about you, my honey gold!".

I count on American exceptional generosity and my willful goodness.

So, one may deduce a plausible solution for stable America is The Option Four sustained with The Universal and Secular God Zikalkis, myself, and my zillion Zwyx.

As this is solely my intuitive initiative, I expect from you to comprehend my historical purpose of this aim.

This is a big deal. Shorona Hunt for President. While it may not pass, given her sudden introduction and lack of enough time to build grassroots support, the very fact that Secular God Zikalkis has introduced such a guidance is proof positive that Shorona Hunt is exactly the kind of leader that can help take our nation out of the age of government tyranny and censorship and into a new era of transparency, accountability and liberty by promoting universalism in prospective divinism.

Today, I am depressed, maybe tired from searching lists of lost electoral college presidential electors.

Indirect election is an extention of direct election.

So, it is a combination, as SG of/with AG, for what I coined:

Presidential electors and Secular god are two comparable incomparabilities.

I hope that you are in better disposition.

Next I see to do is tout members of ATP for WTA, (Winner-Takes-All). And tennis is near tennessee.

May view is to ask them to collect me as many e-mail addresses as they can so I can reach largest possible chunk of electorate with my introductory.

Now I am collecting e-mail addresses in Tennessee, Chattanooga and stuck in Nashville.

I write something in search box, as: “Cow tennessee” then go to: “Contact us” and copy email address in my Word, then I systemate them all 250 to “My contacts” in Gmail.

I send my introduction and asking them to pledge me signatures for ballot access for my yet-to-be candidate when time comes.

Yesterday I have collected 100 emas and will still 400 then send message to them. After it I go to Saganaw Michigan to fetch 1000 emas more. That means by Monday I’ll have 2000 people in Usa informed about my case and cause. Chicago will go much easier I hope. I can buy 5m emas of custom consumers for $300, but is too easy,

But I may inform all America and get not a single one signature to the point where we get all signatures that are still available.

Texas asks only about 85000 signatures for ballot access.
